Relationship Manager

Proactively manage the onboarding process of corporate clients under the supervision of the assigned Team Leader.
Supervise Assistant Relationship Managers (ARMs) in handling day-to-day coordination with the Credit Administration Department, legal counsel, and clients.
Prepare credit proposals and conduct credit reviews in accordance with internal policies.
Present credit proposals to the Credit Committee jointly with the Team Leader (when required).
Evaluate and execute investment banking syndicate transactions, including screening, valuation, structuring, and preparation of term sheets, negotiations, documentation, and completion of all pre- and post-disbursement formalities.
Liaise with internal and external legal counsel, Credit Risk Management, commercial banks, and external consultants to review documentation and ensure effective coordination throughout the facility documentation process.
