Job Description
MISSION
The Relationship Manager is responsible for managing and growing client relationships within the precious metals trading business. The role focuses on driving trading activity, supporting customer needs and order flows, and expanding revenue through effective account management, business development and product cross sells. Working closely with Compliance, Operations, and Finance, the Relationship Manager ensures client activities are executed efficiently, compliantly, and in line with the company's risk appetite, commercial objectives and business growth strategy.
MAIN ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
•Ability to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and Chinese would be an added advantage.
•Minimum 2–5 years of experience in relationship management, sales, trading support, or client-facing roles, preferably within precious metals, commodities, banking, or financial services.
