Relationship Manager

Manage and grow a portfolio of lending clients by developing strong relationships and offering appropriate banking solutions. The role supports the Bank's objectives in business growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Handle and expand loan account portfolios
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell banking products and services
• Engage clients across various industries to understand their business needs
• Work with internal teams to deliver effective financial solutions.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in account or client management
• Strong knowledge of credit assessment and financial analysis
• Good negotiation, strategic thinking, and communication skills
• Able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
