We are hiring a Mortgage Relationship Manager to drive Home Loan & Loan Against Property (LAP) sourcing from the open market for the Aurangabad region.

Key Responsibilities



Source HL & LAP business through direct market visits, references, and local connectors.


Build strong relationships with customers, influencers, and channel partners.


Achieve monthly sourcing and disbursement targets.


Coordinate closely with credit and operations for fast file movement.


Ensure complete and compliant documentation.


Deliver excellent customer service, ensuring repeat and referral business.


Keep track of local market trends and competition offerings.
