The Relationship Manager – Mortgage (Open Market) will be responsible for sourcing new mortgage business through direct market activities, builder relationships, connectors, and local references. The role requires strong field sales experience and target-driven performance.

Key Responsibilities



Source mortgage/LAP cases through open market channels


Conduct field visits, market mapping, and lead generation activities


Build relationships with builders, brokers, connectors, and local influencers


Explain product features, eligibility, and documentation requirements to customers


Manage the complete sales cycle from login to disbursement
