Responsibilities

• Handle inbound & outbound calls for loan products
• Explain loan offerings, eligibility & documentation to customers
• Assist customers through the complete loan journey till disbursement
• Collect, verify & coordinate required documents
• Follow up with internal teams, banks/NBFCs for processing
• Maintain accurate customer records and MIS
• Ensure high customer satisfaction & timely closures
