Relationship Manager

The Relationship Manager - Cash Lenders will own the end-to-end relationship with Netbank’s lending partners—primarily fintechs, MFIs, and digital lenders—under loan channeling or FLDG-based structures. The role bridges commercial negotiations , risk alignment , and operational execution , ensuring that each partner’s lending business is efficiently financed and well-controlled under Netbank’s framework.

This will include:

• Akulaku
• Pondo Pinoy
• Agronomika Finance
• Mali Lending
• Junahand
• First Circle
• Jia, etc.

Netbank typically only accepts these loans through a First Loss Default Agreement - so most of these clients will be under this type of relationship. The position holder will also be a relationship expert for FLDG arrangements, so support other teams with the implementation of this approach.
