Relationship Manager (Program Lending)

I. Duties and Responsibilities

• Marketing – Primarily responsible for processing branch solicited accounts for small corporate customers to achieve predetermined loan portfolio and profit levels in compliance with the Budget Process. The Relationship manager strategizes and implements :

o The formulation of marketing strategies/plans and pre-evaluating possible target accounts;

o The maintenance of the bank’s competitive position by constantly reviewing/implementing pricing strategies and industry developments;

o The effective packaging of credit products to meet client needs;

o The cross-selling of other services of the Bank (other than Credit), in order to totally satisfy and capture the needs of the customer.
