Taking initiatives to increase sales e.g counseling clients, creating Prettislim TM awareness, organizing various marketing activities to increase walk- in, up selling existing clients etc. 

To attend & monitor the telephonic inquiries & convert them into walkins & then convert walkins into Bookings. Ensuring customer satisfaction by maintaining the quality of services through SOPs adherence.
