Job Description

                    Advisory services - Providing guidance on financial reporting, compliance, and accounting-related matters.   Comprehensive advice on reorganizations/restructuring from accounting, tax, and legal perspectives 
Transaction Structuring (SU1) (SU2) - Advising on deal structuring from financial, tax, and regulatory perspectives to optimize transaction outcomes 
Financial Due Diligence - Assisting in reviewing financial records for mergers, acquisitions, and investment decisions 
Valuation - Supporting financial modelling and analysis for business valuation 
GAAP Conversion (SU3) (SU4) - Assisting in converting financial statements prepared under one accounting framework (e.g., IFRS, US GAAP, local GAAP) into another framework for the needs of different financial statement users, such as investors, lenders, or parent companies
