Relationship Officer (RO)

builds and maintains strong relationships with clients such as Loan Advisor (LA), Loan Service Agency (LSA), Loan Information Center (LIC) and Borrowers by understanding their needs, addressing concerns, and identifying opportunities for growth.

Key responsibilities

Include client acquisition (Turn-Ins/ Loan Applications), cross-selling products and services, providing tailored solutions, and ensuring client satisfaction to drive business and revenue. This role requires strong communication, interpersonal, and sales skills.

Core responsibilities

• Client acquisition:

Identify and acquire new clients through networking, prospecting, and sales strategies to expand the customer base. At least 1,000 Loan Advisor and 12 Loan service agency for the whole year.
