Location: Lwanda & Busia (Western Kenya)
Salary: KES 20,000 per month + Commission
Our client, a growing microfinance company operating in Western Kenya, is seeking to recruit Relationship Officers to support business growth, client acquisition, and portfolio management in Lwanda and Busia.
Key Responsibilities
Mobilize new clients and grow the loan portfolio
Assess client eligibility and conduct credit appraisal
Manage and monitor loan repayment performance
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients
Conduct field visits, client follow-ups, and collections
Promote company financial products and services
Prepare basic reports on sales, collections, and portfolio performance
Qualifications & Requirements
Diploma or Certificate in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a related field
At least 1 year experience in microfinance, SACCOs, banking, or field sales (added advantage)
