Raffles Solitaire Lounge aims to provide a relaxing and calm ambience and space for members to experience during their visits to Raffles Hospital for their health and wellness needs. Working together with the Relationship Manager, the Raffles Solitaire team aims to provide healthcare experience with a personal touch.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure daily operations of Raffles Solitaire Lounge are running smoothly. Providing members and guest a premium experience when they are in the lounge.
• Provide a warm welcome as first point of contact for lounge guests.
• Handle day to day operations of Solitaire Lounge, including cleanliness, maintenance, décor and security
• Provide a personalized service by anticipating guest needs and preferences, responding promptly to request to ensure guest satisfaction
• Mange administrative tasks including, inventory list, cleaning schedule, maintenance list
