Release Manager

The Release Manager will govern and coordinate the end-to-end release lifecycle, ensuring compliance, readiness, and traceability from development through production. This role is critical for maintaining operational stability and regulatory alignment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Release Planning: Define scope, timelines, and maintain the release calendar.
• Readiness & Governance: Validate release notes, rollback strategies, and mandatory controls.
• Coordination: Act as the central point for release activities across teams.
• Risk Management: Document and escalate risks, dependencies, and exceptions.
• Deployment Oversight: Ensure traceability and compliance during deployments.
• Post-Release Assurance: Conduct reviews and embed lessons learned.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field (Master's preferred).

• Strong understanding of release governance and SDLC compliance.
