Release Manager

Role Overview:
TheRelease Managerwill govern and coordinate the end-to-end release lifecycle, ensuring compliance, readiness, and traceability from development through production. This role is critical for maintaining operational stability and regulatory alignment.
Key Responsibilities:
•Release Planning:Define scope, timelines, and maintain the release calendar.
•Readiness & Governance:Validate release notes, rollback strategies, and mandatory controls.
•Coordination:Act as the central point for release activities across teams.
•Risk Management:Document and escalate risks, dependencies, and exceptions.
•Deployment Oversight:Ensure traceability and compliance during deployments.
•Post-Release Assurance:Conduct reviews and embed lessons learned.
Requirements:
•Bachelor's degree in IT or related field (Master's preferred).
•Strong understanding of release governance and SDLC compliance.
•Experience managing complex releases in regulated environments.
