Release PMO (Markets + CASA + DATA)

Overview

We are looking for Release PMO (Markets + CASA + DATA) for Singapore location who can prepare consolidated WBS by collating Markets, CASA & DATA WBS.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that the project framework, process and controls are followed and aligned with SEIBI program
• Validate the WBS from Markets, CASA, DATA and prepare the consolidated WBS at release level
• Ensure to get the updated WBS from Markets, CASA & DATA and update the same in consolidated WBS.
• Prepare consolidated WBS by collating Markets, CASA & DATA WBS
• Prepare material for governance and ad-hoc meetings
• Facilitate governance and stakeholder meetings on behalf of PMOs
• Prepare and circulate the Minutes of Meetings
• Follow up and close the action items from meetings
• Maintain risk registers on behalf of PMOs
