Job Description

In this role, you will serve as a coach and facilitator for the Agile Release Train, managing multiple teams and guiding them through Agile and SAFe practices. Your responsibilities will include leading critical ART ceremonies, addressing program-level risks, and aligning strategies with execution. Your ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders will be crucial in navigating the financial landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead PI Planning and ART Sync meetings effectively
• Resolve program-level impediments and escalate as necessary
• Drive flow optimization and adherence to change management
• Foster Agile maturity among teams and Scrum Masters
• Report ART status and risks to the executive team
