Release Train Engineer for Agile Teams

Your role involves coaching Scrum Masters and Product Owners while managing dependencies and compliance risks. You will also ensure that releases are executed smoothly and that Agile practices are fully adopted by all teams involved.

Key Responsibilities: • Act as facilitator for PI Planning events • Proactively resolve escalated program-level impediments • Monitor and optimize release workflows and compliance • Educate teams on Agile and SAFe principles • Communicate risks and ART progress to stakeholders

Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in relevant field • 3+ years of coaching or management experience • Certified Scrum Master or SAFE RTE certification • Proficient in Agile Management tools • 3+ years coaching agile teams
