Your Job
Molex is seeking a motivated and organized Reliability Engineer to join the Design for Reliability (DfR) team. The engineer will develop and execute reliability test plans, collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders, perform reliability modeling and PoF analysis from simulations and tests, and provide actionable design feedback to meet product reliability and durability targets. The role includes accelerated life testing, environmental stress testing, failure analysis, and driving reliability improvement initiatives across design, manufacturing, and quality teams.
What You Will Do
Develop and execute reliability test plans to validate product designs, including accelerated life testing, environmental stress testing, and other relevant tests to ensure that products meet or exceed customer requirements for reliability and durability.
Align reliability tests with customer requirements & Expectations.
