Reliability Engineer

Reliability Engineer – High Prairie, Alberta

As a Reliability Engineer, you play a key role in planning and executing maintenance‑related projects and you will be involved in an exciting upgrade to a world‑class OSB facility.

We are looking for an experienced, analytical Reliability Engineer with RCA and FMEA experience to join our High Prairie OSB Division.

Qualifications

• Post‑secondary education in Engineering or a related field.
• Strong communication skills.
• Proficiency with RCA/RCFA and FMEA.
• Proven experience in project management.
• Excellent people‑leadership skills.
• Experience with preventive maintenance program development, data analysis, lubrication, vibration, and ultrasound.
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small team and take charge of all predictive and preventative maintenance projects.
