**Job Summary:**

**onsemi** is seeking a self-driven and motivated professional to join their team. As a Reliability Engineer, you will have the opportunity to perform device characterization and reliability stress operations. This is a fast paced, technical function combining multiple disciplines to evaluate **onsemi** product for the automotive market.

**Performance Objectives**

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to:

+ Organize, document, and perform device reliability stress activities.
+ Gain a full understanding of Automotive Reliability Specifications including AQG324.
+ Collaborate with our team of Engineers and Technicians to support Reliability operations.
+ Collaborate with New Product Development engineers to support automotive vehicle electrification products.
+ Generate Stress Reports for distribution and archival.
+ Perform device characterization.
