Reliability Engineer

About the role

Monitors the condition of equipment through conducting periodical tests (oil analysis, thermographs, alignment measures, ultrasound, and others) and maintains a database of results.

Provides input into the risk management plan that will anticipate reliability-related and non-reliability-related risks that could adversely impact the equipment operations.

Key Accountabilities

• Integrate value-adding preventive and predictive maintenance tasks that is identified through the PDCA cycle of the equipment maintenance checklist
• Ensures and report effective implementation of predictive and other non-destructive testing methodologies designed to identify and isolate inherent reliability problems monthly through the analysis of results obtained & work order issuance
• Maintains a database and analyzes predictive maintenance test results
• Ensures that condition monitoring outcomes inform the Engineering Risk Register
