Job Description

The role of Reliability Engineer (mechanical) is responsible for identifying and implementing ongoing reliability improvements on assigned systems. 

We have been manufacturing our breakfast range from our Botany plant for over 100 years! Our manufacturing facility has obviously gone through many changes, extensions & modifications over this time. As we fuel for growth, this role will form part of the team ensuring that the plant continues to sustain production and evolve so we continue to produce our iconic cereals for many more years to come!
A Taste of What Youll Be Doing
Responsibility for assigned system & technology performance
Working cross-functionally with Maintenance and Operations to develop and implement system improvement plans
Value and tack improvement activities to ensure committed results are achieved
Create and maintain knowledge database to ensure learning are documented and shared with teams across the plant
