Reliability Engineer

Basic Function

Petro-Canada Lubricants Inc. (PCLI), an HF Sinclair company, located in Mississauga, Ontario is seeking a full-time Mechanical Reliability Engineer. Reporting to the Team Leader of Mechanical Reliability, the Front-Line Reliability Engineer (otherwise known as the Area Team Reliability Specialist) is responsible for leading reliability improvement activities, stewarding predictive/preventative Mechanical Integrity programs and completing asset Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA) for their respective Cross Functional Team(s) to ensure the expected level of reliability is consistently achieved. The role is directly involved in day-to-day and long-term monitoring and troubleshooting of assets within a multi-disciplinary environment. Key stakeholders for this position include the Cross Functional Team (CFT) Leader, Maintenance Trade Supervisors, and Operations & Maintenance Coordinators.
