**Job Title:** Reliability Specialist
**Your Role:**
•Work collaboratively with senior reliability engineers to perform reliability activities on products.
•Work collaboratively with reliability technicians to execute reliability testing.
•Write test protocols and reports using Good Documentation Practices.
•Contribute to risk analyses (FMEAs, FTA, etc.).
•Perform reliability activities, including life analysis, block diagrams, reliability demonstration testing, ALT / HALT / HASS, durability testing, etc.
•Work cross-functionally with Design Quality, Systems Engineering, V&V, Hardware Design, and Software Design to perform necessary tasks.
•Assist in problem identification, root cause analysis, corrective actions, and verification of the solution.
