+ Key person to analyze leading indicators & execute actions to improve machine reliability CBM, and understand with MTBF, MTTR Maintenance (Critical Machine such as: Vacuum Furnace, Coating Cell, Shot Peen, Cold Spray, Compressor, Chemical Stripping and Blasting)
+ Accelerate systemic improvement equipment lifespan, with experiences maintenance activity (key focus on strengthening 7 pillars of TPM) for all machines devised by maintenance manager
