Reliance: HR Supervisor (Sourcing)

Sourcing Supervisor will manage the sourcing of medical staff (RNs, MDs, allied professionals, etc) for Reliance United's subsidiaries' Clinic Management needs. He/she will be responsible for identifying, partnering, and developing channels from where to source candidates for medical-related roles. He/she will create and manage activities that make a strong and wide network within sourcing channels such as social networks, institutions, organizations, job boards, employee base, search firms, etc., all leading to the development of a strong candidate pipeline outside and within the company for current and site medical staffing needs.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Work to harness the increasing capabilities of technology within the recruiting space such as Social Media channels (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, etc.); ensures presence of Reliance United's subsidiaries online.
