This is far from a typical role. You’ll be part of a Complex Care Service supporting adults with autism and complex behaviours, where individuals may experience high levels of anxiety or distress and rely on consistent, structured support to feel safe and secure.

You’ll join a skilled, close-knit team that works together, staying calm under pressure while bringing energy, humour and creativity to every shift.
