Relief Chef

Relief Chef- Required for Nursing Home 

Reporting to: Director of Nursing

We require a Relief Chef to manage who would be based out of our Cork homes. This role requires someone with previous experience working in a nursing home kitchen, leading and motivating a team and ensuring to follow HACCP and hygiene standards. Our Munster homes include CareChoice Montenotte, CareChoice Ballynoe, Beaumont Residential care, CareChoice Macroom and Brookfield Nursing home. On occasion you may be asked to cover CareChoice Dungarvan and CareChoice Clonakilty.
