The Client Service Manager is responsible for the provision of the effective execution of appropriate sale and admission functions together with the accountability for achieving maximum occupancy and refundable Accommodation Deposits (RAD) sales, whilst providing support and assistance to the State Manager – Client Services in the development of operational initiatives.


 Your primary functions will include:

  • Conduct residential tours as required

  • Be required from time to time to have a primary location/focus dependent upon market forces.

  • Maintain an understanding of the Financial Arrangements for Aged Care Services as defined in the Aged Care Act
