Relief Crisis Counsellor - Nights

Step into a vital role as a Night Relief Crisis Counsellor at Huronia Transition Homes. Support women experiencing violence and homelessness in a compassionate, inclusive environment.
At La Maison Rosewood Shelter, you will leverage your experience from a relevant post-secondary education and at least 3–5 years in crisis counselling. A solid understanding of anti-racist and harm-reduction methodologies is necessary for guiding clients through their challenges. Flexibility with night shift hours is critical for this position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide overnight counselling for vulnerable women
• Connect clients to community resources
• Maintain confidentiality and client records
• Engage in team collaboration and training
• Support an equitable, inclusive environment
Requirements:
• Post-secondary degree (BSW/MSW preferred)
• 3–5 years of crisis counselling experience
• Certification in First Aid/CPR and WHMIS
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
