Neighbourly Pharmacy is looking for a Relief Pharmacist to join our team in Saskatchewan. This position requires the ability to travel within Saskatchewan, with all applicable travel expenses covered by the company.

Responsibilities

• Deliver clinical services such as medication reviews, chronic disease management and care plan development.
• Administer vaccines and immunizations
• Determine appropriateness of drug therapy and monitor for effectiveness, side effects, and interactions
• Counsel patients on prescriptions, over-the-counter products, and health-related topics, including indications, contraindication, side effects, and proper usage and storage
• Supervise pharmacy students or provisional pharmacists in performing restricted activities
