JOB DESCRIPTION:
To ensure the attainment of sales, distribution, reach, strike rate, merchandising, and collection objectives set for his territory.
Achievement of sell-out, distribution, reach, strike rate, market hygiene targets & Introduction of New Products
Distribution of agreed set of SKU's in the channels covered (Must Have Sku's / Featured and Targeted New Products)
Consistent application of standards and policies on Field Coverage
Effective reportage, feedback & communication to Distributor Management
Achievement of Merchandising standards in designated channel.
QUALIFICATIONS:
College Graduate or at least 2nd Year college level
Preferably 1 year minimum exposure to frontline sales or selling operations.
Willing to work in Vigan/Candon/Narvacan or other nearby locations within Ilocos Region
