Mencap are seeking Relief Support Workers to join our incredible team in Great Tey.

Due to the location of this service in the Essex countryside, there are not great public transport links, this means that it is essential that you have your own transport. We would also like you to hold a full clean driver’s licence as some of the people we support have their own cars.

As a Relief Support Worker, you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of individuals with learning disabilities. You will be working with a diverse group of people, each with their own unique abilities and needs.

From assisting with daily activities to providing emotional support, you’ll play a vital role in their life.

There are 6 people that share their home and who we support to make sure they live the best lives possible.
