Relief Travel Specialist - Luxury Safari Operator | Remote

Responsibilities

-Oversee consultant desks during leave periods, managing requotes and ongoing proposals

-Assist with brochure quotes, educational and hosted agent bookings in collaboration with Sales

-Support booking processes during peak periods and follow up on provisional and dormant leads

-Contribute to system implementation and testing of procedures

-Design creative itineraries when required

-Maintain clear communication with agents, sales teams, suppliers, and colleagues

-Participate in rotational emergency duty and weekly early/late shift schedules

-Uphold company values: Care of the People, Land, and Wildlife

Experience

-3–5 years inbound tour consulting experience

-Strong service excellence mindset

-Proficiency in Tourplan (advantageous) and Microsoft Office; WETU beneficial
