Our Visitor Assistants meet, greet and engage with visitors, ensuring they receive a warm, friendly welcome and the highest level of customer service. As the public face of the Museum, they develop a good level of knowledge of our exhibitions in order to help visitors learn more about the culture and heritage of the Outer Hebrides. Visitor Assistants are also responsible for the security of the collections on display and providing a safe environment for visitors.
