Reliever - Finance Associate

Qualifications:

Must be a graduate of accountancy or a business related course

With 1 year of relevant experience. FRESH GRADUATE encourages to apply.

Proficient in Microsoft Office application, especially excel

With good communication skills

Team Player and highly motivated and eager to grow with the company

Hotel accounting experience is an advantage but not required

Willing to be assigned in General Luna, Surigao Del Norte (Siargao Island)

Job Description

· Daily recording, processing and monitoring of financial transactions (E.g.: Disbursements, Invoices, Payment Receipts, Journal, etc.)

· Handling petty cash fund (Release and Replenishments)

· Review, monitor and assist Branch Transactions and Reports

· Bank Reconciliation (Daily cash balance monitoring)

· BIR remittance preparation and filing. Able to visit BIR Surigao branch if needed
