Job Description

Will relieve as Cashier and Pump Attendant

• Process both cash and non-cash customer transactions accurately
• Enter purchases into the cash register or POS
• Accept cash/PO payments according to established procedure
• Counts money, gives change and issues receipt for payments received
• Maintains sufficient amounts of change in the cash drawer.
• Ensuring all payments are properly documented and supported
• Follow cash drop procedures meticulously and maintain accurate records of cash handling activities
• Prepare cash reports and balances cash drawer and receipts, documents discrepancies and any additional reports as required.
• Trains new cashiers
• Contribute to the station's cleanliness by keeping the cashier's booth neat and stocked with necessary supplies
• Ensure no shortages
• Conduct dipstick readings to monitor inventory level
