Licensure and Relocation Manager
The Licensure and Relocation manager oversees all the functions involved in candidates obtaining their US RN license/s, including managing candidates' transition to the US up until placement. This job position will report directly to both Associate Director for Relocation and to the Director of Licensure and Relocation.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree required
Must have at least 5 years of experience with people and performance management
Must have excellent communication skills, verbal and written
Must be highly analytical and has strong attention to details
Must have an excellent interpersonal, conflict resolution and problem-solving skills
Must be proficient in using MS Office 365 Suite
Experience working in a healthcare recruitment industry is preferred but not required
