JOB SUMMARY

The Rematado Manager (Warehouse) is responsible for overseeing the storage, organization, and disposal of rematado items (forfeited or unredeemed pawned goods) within the warehouse. This role ensures that all rematado assets are properly inventoried, appraised, and prepared for resale or auction in compliance with company policies and pawnshop regulations. The manager supervises warehouse staff, maintains accurate records, and implements strategies to maximize profitability while ensuring operational efficiency and transparency.
