Remedy Application Support

You Will:

• Develop and customize applications using BMC Remedy and BMC Helix, including creating workflows, forms, and automation rules that support IT and business processes.
• Set up and manage self service portals and service catalogs in BMC Helix Digital Workplace (DWP), allowing users to request services and track progress easily
• Create system integrations to connect BMC platforms with other tools or third-party systems using REST or SOAP APOs and middleware technologies
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues across different environments (development, Testing, Production) to ensure stability and performance
• Work closely with business and technical teams to gather requirements, understand needs, and deliver practical, effective solutions
