Key Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries via phone, email, and Whatsapp chat.
Schedule cleaning appointments and coordinate with our Singapore-based team to ensure smooth operations.
Maintain and update customer records, appointments, and billing information in our system.
Perform administrative tasks such as invoicing, data entry, and documentation.
Follow up with clients post-service to ensure satisfaction.
Support marketing initiatives and customer engagement efforts remotely.
