Remote AI Ops Leader & Systems Builder

Bijou Getaways is looking for an AI-native operator in Colombia (Bogotá or Medellín preferred) to manage operations and lead a team of 6 virtual assistants. You will be responsible for troubleshooting operational issues, developing AI tools to automate workflows, and ensuring the health of the operations board.

This hybrid role requires someone who is a problem solver, flexible, and capable of communicating clearly in English. Part-time hours with compensation between $300–$800/month based on experience.
