Remote and Autonomous Technical Superintendent

Overview

The Remote and Autonomous Technical Superintendent ensures people and systems work together smoothly across the Remote Operations Centre and Autonomous Technologies. The role coordinates teams, plans and vendors so technical requirements are clear, work is owned and problems are solved. The scope includes connectivity, IT infrastructure and communications that keep remote and autonomous operations running reliably and securely.

Key Responsibilities

• Set and coordinate the technical plan with the ROC, Autonomous Operations, HSE, Commercial and clients.
• Serve as the main technical point of contact for progress risks and decisions.
• Act as the regional ROC technical authority and principal contact for IT, Network Specialists, Technical Analysts and Technical Support Specialists.
• Collaborate with the Global Team for the regional rollout of secure, reliable networks for remote and autonomous technologies.
