We're a B2B lead generation company hiring a remote appointment setter. We run high-volume outbound cold email campaigns for our clients. When a prospect replies, you pick up the phone and turn that reply into a sales-ready lead. 150+ cold calls a day. 30-40 emails. Real conversations with American business owners.
This is not customer service. This is not sales. This is the middle. You're the person who takes sure, tell me more and turns it into a qualified meeting.
The only thing that matters is how you sound on a call. If you're natural, confident, and can think on your feet when a prospect asks a question you weren't expecting, you'll do well here. If you sound like you're reading a script, you won't make it past day one.
