Responsibilities:

• Conduct pre-qualification calls to assess the eligibility and interest of potential patients for dental & aesthetic treatments.
• Provide accurate and comprehensive information about our dental & aesthetic services and treatment plans to prospective patients.
• Educate potential patients about the benefits of our client's treatments and address any inquiries or concerns they may have.
• Assist patients in understanding the deposit collection process and coordinate with our financial department for seamless payment transactions.
• Ensure timely follow-ups with potential patients to maximise conversion rates.
• Maintain detailed records of patient interactions, inquiries, and outcomes using our CRM software.
• Collaborate with the sales team and doctors to optimise patient conversion rates and ensure a positive patient experience.
