The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing qualified candidates; and collaborate closely with management to meet staffing goals. This position requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as proficiency in sourcing tools and systems.
