About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Legal Assistant / Junior Legal Counsel to provide legal support across commercial real estate, corporate law, securities compliance, and general legal administration.
This role is ideal for a legal professional who enjoys structured legal work, transaction coordination, research, and document management—and who is comfortable supporting senior legal leadership by owning defined legal workflows.
You will assist with drafting and reviewing agreements, managing legal due diligence, supporting entity compliance, and handling legal coordination tasks across transactions and operations.
This is a remote, full-time role with exposure to sophisticated commercial and corporate legal matters.
