ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Remote Bilingual Sales Representative, you'll focus on outbound B2B sales, cold calling, and lead generation, managing opportunities from first contact to signed contract.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute outbound sales and lead generation.
• Manage pipeline in CRM, record calls, follow-ups.
• Customize proposals, send contracts & legal documents.
• Follow up on proposals and contracts.
• Coordinate with recruitment & HR for placements.
• Report daily activity & results.

REQUIREMENTS

• Fluent English & Spanish.
• 2–5 years B2B sales (remote/outbound preferred).
• Proven cold calling experience.
