Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Remote Bookkeeper to support our growing back-office operations. This role will focus on invoicing, accounts receivable, collections, and—most importantly—monthly and quarterly state sales tax filings as we continue to expand into additional states.

This position will start at approximately 20–40 hours per week and is expected to grow as the company grows.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer invoicing, including annual subscription billing
• Handle accounts receivable and follow up on collections
• Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks Online
• Prepare and file monthly and quarterly state sales tax returns across multiple states
